Cancellation & Refund Policy 退費規定
- 1.20% of the fee is a non-refundable administration and booking fee once registration is complete.報名費的 20% 為行政及訂位處理費，報名完成後恕不退還。
- 2.Cancellations 45+ days before the first camp day: refund minus the 20% fee.營期第一天 45 天前取消，扣除上述 20% 後退款。
- 3.Cancellations 44–21 days before: 50% refund.營期第一天前 44 至 21 天取消，退還 50%。
- 4.Cancellations within 20 days, no-shows, early departure, or dismissal for rule violations: no refund.營期第一天前 20 天內取消、當天未到、中途離營，或因違反營規被要求離營，恕不退費。
- 5.After camp starts, no refund for missed days for personal reasons, including injury or illness.營隊開始後，因個人因素（含受傷或生病）未參加之部分，恕不退費。
- 6.If the organizer cancels, or the camp is called off due to typhoon, natural disaster, government order or other force majeure, we refund the fee minus actual costs already incurred, or you may transfer to the next camp.如主辦單位取消，或因颱風、天災、政府命令等不可抗力因素停辦，將扣除已產生之實際費用後退款，或可選擇轉至下一屆。
- 7.Spots can be transferred free of charge to another eligible player if requested at least 14 days before the first camp day.於營期第一天 14 天前提出，可免費將名額轉讓給符合資格之其他球員，以轉讓代替退費。
- 8.Refunds are issued within 30 days to the original payment method; exchange-rate differences and card fees are borne by the registrant.退款將於 30 天內退回原付款方式，匯差及刷卡手續費由報名人負擔。
